Most patients meet with Virginia-licensed clinicians by video. Limited in-person appointments are available; confirm availability when booking. The initial evaluation takes about 50 minutes, and no referral is needed to book with us.

Alissa incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT-I, and client-centered approaches to empower clients in building resilience, improving daily functioning, and fostering personal growth.
